- Manage IT projects supporting acquisitions, divestures, and site moves from due diligence through full integration, including
- Victoria, BC, manufacturing site divestiture – coordinated infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure successful transfer of site to Chinese buyer without loss of export controlled data
- Littleton, CO, manufacturing site acquisition and integration – led team to execute full integration of site into Honeywell infrastructure within 4 days of close without plant downtime
- Manage diverse, global IT infrastructure projects through multiple phases (chartering, understanding customer requirements, design, budgeting, and implementation):
- Global employee email access; ERP system decommissioning; telecommuting workforce process; Management Operating System development; metrics analysis and design
